Tokenproof is a subscription based-platform.

Standard Membership Pricing and Term

Users will be able to enroll one Ethereum account with tokenproof in yearly increments, at a cost of 0.05Ξ per year.

Founder's Circle Memberships

A finite amount of “Founder's Circle” memberships will be sold for a limited time. These memberships will allow someone to enroll their Ethereum address with tokenproof for life, without having to pay any yearly fees, in addition to other special benefits for these early supporters.

Tokenproof will release 20,000 Founder's Circle memberships for sale, and there will never be more than these.

The pricing for these 20,000 lifetime memberships will be 0.1Ξ

We anticipate that the sale of Founder's Circle memberships will happen in early April 2022. Final date to come soon.

Full Disclosure: Tokenproof will retain 500 Founder's Circle memberships to distribute as it sees fit.

Membership as an NFT

Tokenproof membership will be delivered as an ERC-721 token on the Ethereum blockchain. Artwork for such membership will vary depending on membership type/term.

Membership NFTs will be transferable, and we anticipate a secondary market for these memberships to exist. A royalty of 5.00% will be in place on secondary market transactions.

When a member transfers their Membership NFT, their tokenproof token will be automatically, and immediately revoked.

Members-Only Benefits

To be announced in the future, tokenproof plans on offering exclusive “member-only benefits”. This will add value to those users who decide to become members and support tokenproof.

Options for Non-Members

We realize that a verifier may want to validate ownership of tokens for different use cases, but would not want to force users to pay for a tokenproof membership. In this case, use-case specific tokenproof tokens (tickets) may be issued and would represent no cost to the consumer. This will allow both tokenproof members and non-members to be authenticated by the verifier.
