Presenting a tokenproof

In an IRL scenario, the user may present a tokenproof token using the mobile wallet app. This presentation will display an animated QR code that will be scanned by the verifier using the tokenproof Verifier mobile app. The use of the animated QR code, which re-generates multiple times per second, is to prevent someone from authenticating a token by taking and transmitting a screenshot to a third party.

In online scenarios, the verifier will be able to integrate tokenproof verification with a few lines of code. The user will be presented with a QR code on the verifier's website or app and will be asked to scan this QR code with the tokenproof mobile wallet, which will trigger an online verification using the verifier's access rules. e.g. owning a Bored Ape Yacht Club token.
