# Canceling a ticket

To cancel a ticket:

1. Select your event in the event dashboard to access management tools
2. Scroll down to "All Orders"
3. Click on the order you'd like to cancel
4. Double check the account name on the top right of the order pop-up
5. Select "Cancel Order"
